Orders and Delivery

Here at AYA Hockey we aim to get all orders shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will check all goods prior to shipping and have selected couriers that we know will take care of your order.

For orders being delivered to a UK address carriage / delivery is free. For European order or orders for the Rest of the World there are additional courier charges.

Please email us at info@ayahockey.com for a quote but normally it is no more than GBP£15.00 for Europe and GBP£30.00 for Rest of the World.

For UK deliveries we aim to have your order with you within 3-5 days. For Europe and International deliveries this is usually between 5-10 days but we aim to have your purchase with you in the quickest time possible.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can request an exchange or refund as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the goods purchased. 

Please contact us at info@ayahockey.com to discuss your return, you must supply the date of purchase, your name, email and contact number.

If the product is faulty we will exchange it at our expense however, all other exchanges will have to be paid for by you. Once we receive the goods we will mail you confirmation of receipt.


We will only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and have no visible signs of wear or usage

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • If damaged in transit then photographic evidence must be submitted to info@ayahockey.com

  • Returned items must carry all original tags and cannot have been discounted

Refunds for goods returned will be made by the original payment method and you will receive an email stating when the refund has been submitted. If you have not had any communication after 15 days of your request then please email info@ayahockey.com.

We offer a 3 month warranty / guarantee on items purchased so faulty items may be returned. They need to be in the original packaging and have a proof pf purchase and must have become faulty through normal use and having cared for the product correctly.  

Examples of items not covered by warranty are chips to paint or protective covering from normal usage, scuffs to heel from playing on inappropriate surfaces, marking on head face due to hitting stones or other objects which are not hockey balls.

You must include in your correspondence your full name, address, contact number, reason you believe that the item is faulty, proof of purchase and any other relevant detail. AYA Hockey cannot be held responsible for any lost, damage or delay in the post.
